Dean Nitin Nohria of Harvard Business School
Nitin Nohria became the tenth dean of Harvard Business School on 1 July 2010. He previously served as co-chair of the Leadership Initiative, Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Development, and Head of the Organizational Behavior unit.Dean Nohria has taught courses across Harvard Business School's MBA, Ph.D., and Executive Education programs. His intellectual interests center on human motivation, leadership, corporate transformation and accountability, and sustainable economic and human performance. He is co-author or co-editor of 16 books. The most recent, Handbook of Leadership Theory and Practice, is a compendium dedicated to advancing research on leadership based on a colloquium he organized during HBS’s centennial celebrations. Dean Nohria is also the author of over 50 journal articles, book chapters, cases, working papers, and notes. He has served as an advisor and consultant to several large and small companies in different parts of the world. He has been interviewed by ABC, CNN, and NPR, and cited in Business Week, Economist, Financial Times, Fortune, New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.Prior to joining the Harvard Business School faculty in July 1988, Dean Nohria received his Ph.D. in Management from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (which honored him as a Distinguished Alumnus in 2007). He was as a visiting faculty member at the London Business School in 1996.He and his wife live in the Boston area with their two daughters.

Joe Chung is a Managing Director and co-founder at Redstar Ventures. Prior to Redstar he was co-founder and Chairman of Allurent and co-founder, Chairman and CTO of Art Technology Group (NASDAQ:ARTG). Along with co-founder Jeet Singh, he led the growth of ATG from a two-person consultancy to a publicly traded enterprise software company with over 1,200 employees and annual revenues exceeding $160 million. He holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from MIT and conducted his graduate work at the MIT Media Lab.
Chiang J. Li, MD FACPCEO & Founder of Boston Biomedical Inc.
Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Medical Officer. Formerly, Dr. Li was the Chief Scientific Officer & Executive Vice President of ArQule Inc (NASDAQ: ARQL). He has also served as founder or co-founder of Cyclis Pharma (acquired), ArQule Oncology (Nasdaq:arql), Cequent Pharma (acquired), and Boston Biomedical (private). Dr. Li has over 60 inventions and has translated a number of his medical innovations to patients for the treatment of cancer, and other life threatening disorders.
Niraj ShahCEO & Co-Founder of Wayfair
Niraj is the CEO and co-founder of Wayfair, formerly known as CSN Stores, a $500 Million home goods online retailer. Wayfair, founded in 2002, is the largest online home retailer with a selection of over 5 million items from 5,000 brands. Wayfair services customers in the United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and Australia thru its three brands - Wayfair.com, All Modern.com and Joss & Main.
Prior to Wayfair, Niraj co-founded Simplify Mobile, was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Greylock Partners, the COO at iXL (publicly traded Internet services firm), and co-founded Spinners (sold to iXL). Mr. Shah holds a BS from Cornell University, and lives with his family in Boston.
Jo TangoPartner & Founder of Kepha Partners
He has been a founding or first institutional investor in Azuki Systems, Bit9, ExaGrid, StreamBase Systems, Vertica Systems (acquired by Hewlett-Packard), Virtual Iron (acquired by Oracle) and VoltDB, getting involved nearly always at the company inception phase. Other investments include Ask Jeeves (Nasdaq: ASKJ), Digital Market (acquired by Agile Software), and NextCard (Nasdaq: NXCD).Jo is passionate about start-ups and loves working with entrepreneurs who dare to strive. Jo and his family emigrated from Indonesia with a few suitcases and $1,500.
Sushil K. TuliCEO & President of Leader Bank
Sushil K. Tuli has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Leader Bank since its formation in 2002. In addition, Mr. Tuli is the Chairman and sole owner of Leader Mortgage Company, which was formed in 1986. Prior to October 2000, he also served as President of Leader Mortgage Company. In 1999, Mr. Tuli chaired the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (“MMBA”), the largest mortgage banking industry association in New England. Mr. Tuli is currently serving as a member of Fannie Mae’s Regional Advisory Council, a position that he previously held from 1994 to 1996 as well. Recently, he was also appointed as a member of the Massachusetts Home Ownership Advisory Committee by Governor Deval Patrick.
Vinit NijhawanManaging Director of Technology Development at Boston University
Vinit Nijhawan is Managing Director, Office of Technology Development, and Director of Enterprise Programs at ITEC (Institute of Technology, Entrepreneurship & Commercialization) at Boston University. Vinit also teaches MBA courses on Entrepreneurship at BU. Vinit has over 30 years experience building five startups: as CEO of three, five were acquired. Vinit was Venture Partner at Key Venture Partners and over two years sourced over 200 deals and made one investment that was acquired for $430M. Vinit is an advisor and board member to several technology startups and was a Mass High Tech All-Star in 2005. Vinit has participated in over 150 panel discussions and paper presentations, and is a Board Member of MTDC, an early stage, quasi-public Massachusetts venture capital firm. Vinit earned a B.A.Sc in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
Om Ganda, MD, FACEDirector of Lipid Clinic at Joslin Diabetes Center & Harvard Medical School
Dr. Ganda is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Clinical Nutrition, a Senior Physician in the Section on Adult Diabetes at Joslin, and an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ganda received his medical degree from the S. M. S. Medical College of the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, India, and completed a rotating internship at the S. M. S. Hospital. He completed a residency in medicine at the All India Institute of Medical Science in New Delhi, and a residency in medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Ganda subsequently completed a clinical fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Tufts University and a research fellowship in medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Ganda has authored more than 120 publications including 48 original articles, 40 review articles, and 25 book chapters.
Dr. Ganda’s awards and honors include Capp’s Research Scholar Award from Harvard Medical School, RV Sathe Oration Award at the Golden Jubilee of the Association of Physicians of India, GP Moses Oration, Research Society for the Study of Diabetes( RSSDI); and the M.Viswanathan Oration Award at the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI).
Francis E. ChinManaging Partner of Chin & Curtis
Francis E. Chin is the Managing Partner of Chin & Curtis, LLP. He is a graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont and the New York University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics. Mr. Chin previously studied in Mainz, Germany, and was selected as a Thomas J. Watson Foundation Fellow to study in Southeast and East Asia. Mr. Chin has written on immigration law issues and lectured at conferences sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Council on International Personnel, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., the Practicing Law Institute, and many academic and business groups. Mr. Chin has been named annually for more than a dozen years in The Best Lawyers in America in the immigration law section, and also in The International Who‘s Who of Business Lawyers in the corporate immigration section. He has been designated consistently as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in Boston magazine and was cited in Chambers Global: The World‘s Leading Lawyers for Business 2006 – The Client‘s Guide, as “the best in Boston,” and “consistently recommended as ‘an extremely intelligent immigration lawyer with a sky-high level practice.’”
